Fraudulent messages
We have been made aware of a scam where Shieldpay’s name is being used by fraudsters to add legitimacy to invoices. We remind you that no funds should be sent to the details on the invoice until you have verified the payment details with Shieldpay. You can email fraud@shieldpay.com to confirm if the payment details provided are legitimate. If in doubt, do not send funds to the payment details on the invoice.
If you think you have been a victim of a scam by fraudsters using the Shieldpay name you can let us know at: fraud@shieldpay.com but you are strongly advised to report it to the Police via Action Fraud.
